Spec homes vs. build-to-order
A spec home is already under construction or completed. You move in fast, see exactly what you're buying, and many builders will still customize finishes before closing. Build-to-order takes longer but gives you control over layout, colors, appliances, and fixtures. Both approaches have trade-offs, and I help you figure out which fits your timeline and budget. I can walk you through the builder's contract language, point out common pitfalls, and make sure you understand what's included and what costs extra.

The East Mesa is where most new construction is happening.
