Manny Patino

I was born and raised in Las Cruces. I studied Business Administration and Marketing at NMSU, then spent my early career in technology, finance, and sales before earning my New Mexico real estate license in 2003. Those years taught me two things that still shape how I work: systems win, and people remember how you treated them.

Today I am the Qualifying Broker of Patino Real Estate. In New Mexico, that is the license tier that carries responsibility for an entire brokerage. Every transaction at Patino Real Estate runs under my supervision, and most of them run through my own hands. Over two decades, that has added up to more than 900 families served across Doña Ana County and over $90M in homes sold.

What does that mean for you? It means the person answering your call at (575) 520-7604 is the same person pricing your home, writing your offer, and sitting across the table at negotiation. No handoffs to a junior agent. No call center.

• Plain English, or plain Spanish. I am bilingual and I explain every document before you sign it.
• Builder fluency. I work with every major new construction builder in Las Cruces and know their communities, timelines, and contracts.
